THE TRAIL IS OPEN!  Route 2, the Mohawk Trail is open (as of Dec. 15, 2011) for through traffic.

     Winter Hours

Open daily 10 am to 5 pm

Sunday Noon to 5 pm

   Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

           Meet Tymothy Big Bear

 Mohawk Trading Post

                         Mascot & Greeter...

         Folks who visit the Mohawk Trading Post annually have taken pictures of their children and grand-children with Tymothy Big Bear to show how much they have grown over the years. It's a great photo opportunity for your photo album or scrapbook. Tymothy is a full size stuffed black bear just begging to be hugged as you enter the door. All of our guests, young and "mature" are welcome to sit with Tymothy on his stump. 

We have people greeters too who are here to welcome you to the Mohawk Trading Post and to be of assistence in any way we can to make your stay with us a pleasureable experience. 

BONUS: go the the websites of radio stations www.whai.com (click on"The 30% Store") and www.wrsi.com for discount coupons. All are 30% off and sometimes even 50% off. Check their websites often for availability and complete details of how their program works. You don' have to be "a local" to get the coupons. The radio stations will mail the coupons to you and you can use the coupons while you are here. No expiration date!

Most all of the product and store photographs were taken by me (Laurie York) with my little digital quick shot camera or on my flatbed scanner. If the quality is a little off (or maybe a fair amount off) I accept full responsibility. The spelling errors would be mine too. I call them typos. We are a very small company, a micro mini business, and each of us is multi talented in our own way. No one  here is really great at anything, but we do a lot of things extremely well and always with the best of intentions.
